This is the reason Isco wants to leave Real Madrid. He has told Madrid that he wants to leave in January because he sees that he is hardly in the limelight.
But… is there more behind his decision?
Madrid fans are saddened by the situation of Isco Alcarcón. The player, who has been at the club for 7 years, seems decided to leave Los Blancos in the winter market.
‘Marca’ and ‘AS’ stated on Friday that the midfielder told the club his wish to leave in the January window to start a new professional challenge, something that has caught more than one by surprise.
And many fans are already asking themselves the same question. What reasons are there to leave? According to ‘AS’, there are five reasons.
The first is the relationship with Zidane. The player has been losing the confidence of his manager as time goes by.
The second is that he thinks that he doesn’t have protagonism. You just have to look at what he has played this season: 261 minutes shared out amongst just 6 matches.
The third is that he has no room in the team. The French manager now doesn’t use a 4-4-2, a formation that the Malaga born player fits in as a CAM, and is opting more for a 4-3-3.
Another reason is that he needs to finish a chapter, and it has been a very successful spell for him.
And lastly, the midfielder dreams of returning to the Spain squad for the Euros.
Meanwhile, Madrid aren’t going to let him leave just like that.
The aforementioned source states that Los Blancos are going to ask for between 60 and 70 million euros for the transfer of the player, as the club understand that he has a good reputation in Europe.
