The Police announced that’s they have cracked the case of rapper Chinx with the arrest of the alleged gunman and his accomplice.
Chinx, whose real name was Lionel Pickens Jr., was murdered behind the wheel of his luxury car in May of 2015. It happened in Queens hours after a performance at a Brooklyn nightclub. Reports claim it was over a rap verse from Chinx that was not delivered. The defendants are rumored to have paid $40,000 for a Chinx and French Montana verse to be featured on their song.
The District Attorney identified the defendants as Jamar Hill, 26, of Valley Stream, and Quincy Homere, 32, of Baldwin.
