After previewing some promising new music a few days back, XXXTENTACION releases a brand new track called “looking for a star (CANT GET YOU OUT OF MY HEAD).”
The track is uncharacteristically pristine, missing his usual distorted sonic aesthetic. Instead, Diplo comes through with a minimalist island beat, and X drops some wistful melodies. His voice undergoes some vocal processing, pitching up and down for emphasis.
