Many fans have been skeptical of Kelly Rowland‘s chances on creating a successful new girl group through her BET docu-series Chasing Destiny, but during wednesday night’s episode the Destiny’s Child diva officially narrowed down the girls into a very solid 5-member group. There is plenty of hard work to begin, but the girls — Ashly, Brienna, Gabby, Kristal, and Shyann — are sounding like they are ready to take over the game.
Their cover of Drake’s “Hotline Bling” set off a stream of tweet from fans requesting that they release an official recorded version, and they have delivered. Kept under 2 minutes, the quintet showcase their beautiful voices and complimentary harmonies with their a capella rendition of the smash hit.
