Ahead of the international leg of the Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers tour, Kendrick Lamar Performs 3 songs on SNL. The Compton rapper stopped by Studio 8H in New York city to perform a few songs on Saturday Night Live. This was Lamar’s third proper appearance on SNL. He also had two guest spots with Imagine Dragons in 2014 and Anderson .Paak in 2018.
Kicking things off with “Rich Spirit” and “N95,” he closed things out with an intimate performance of “Father Time” with Sampha. K Dot delivered the powerful sermon of self-love and respect in a particularly kinetic showing,even giving us a taste of that square-shouldered shuffle he’s been rocking as of late.
