The track is set to appear on her upcoming Nightmare Vacation album which is due later this year. Rico released her collaboration with 100 gecs’ Dylan Brady in “iPhone” and dropped off “Dirty” in June. She also teamed up with Kali Uchis for “Aquí Yo Mando”.
Rico wrote a letter to her fans about “Own It” and the song’s themes of acceptance and self-love.
