Céline Dion shares her second song of the day and this is titled Courage. This happens to be the title track for her soon to be released album which would drop in less than 2 months time. with a new song titled Imperfections already released, Celine Dion delivers another taste of what to expect from the music project.
I would be lying if I said: “I’m fine”
I think of you at least a hundred times
‘Cause in the echo of my voice I hear your words
Just like you’re there
I still come home from a long day
So much to talk about, so much to say
I love to think that we’re still making plans
Written by Stephan Moccio, Erik Alcock and Liz Rodrigues, the anthemic “Courage” is about getting yourself back together after a heartbreaking loss. The singer lets her sadness loose: “Courage don’t you fail me now/ I need you to keep away the doubts/ I’m staring in the face of something new/ You’re all I’ve got to hold on to.
It’s her first English album in six years. The trio of singles follow her previously released Courage track, “Flying On My Own,” which she unveiled on the last night of her 16-year Las Vegas residency in June.
