Ally Brooke & Matoma have just shared a new collaborative effort tagged “Higher.” The track arrives as Ally continues to work on her forthcoming debut solo project and is available for download and streaming.
“I loved the message, the vibe, the music, the melodies, everything,” Brooke to EW. “Then Matoma got on it and he did his magic on the record, and then we decided to put it out, but I was so excited for this one because I feel like the other songs that I put out are more flirty, sexy, but this is really a song about finding love within yourself.”
She adds, “It has an uplifting message, your spirit is lifted and feeling good, and you’re just happy with the love you have inside yourself. So I love that this is kind of a new moment for me.”
