Benjamin Earl Turner drops new song titled “Had To.” Debuting on our platfrom for the first time, Turner was born and raised in Antioch in the San Francisco Bay area. He began pursuing his musical dreams since high school. Since graduating, he’s moved between Texas, LA, Tennessee and most recently, Chicago, where he met prolific Chicago rapper, Saba.
With Saba’s help and teachings, Turner put out his first full-length project, Yell Pretty, released in 2016 to critical acclaim from the underground community.
Since his moving to Chicago, Turner has featured on a number of prominent Chicago projects, most notably on Part of Me alongside Noname on her 2018 projct, Room 25.
