Arin Ray recruits legendary singer Babyface for a new song called “Always.” Arin Ray re-released the deluxe edition of his debut Platinum Fire album, adding three new tracks to the initial listing.

All three of the new additions boast a particularly old-school vibe that especially shines on “Always” as the past and present of R&B’s best mesh for a seductive joint that thoughtfully infuses the standard pillars of love and seduction into the mix.

The first iteration of Platinum Fire, Ray collaborated with more contemporary names such as YG, Ty Dolla $ign, and SiR among others, but this look alongside Babyface is a strong signal towards the restorative elements that form Arin Ray’s sound.
