SuicideBoys come through with Hung Up On The Come Up. Suicideboys were recently in the news for a rumor floating around suggesting the $uicideBoy$ have broken up. After $crim posted an ominous tweet asking for help with fellow member Ruby Da Cherry, fans concluded it signified the end of the New Orleans duo.

$crim said in a since-deleted tweet, “Please send posi vibes to @SuicideChrist he is in a dark place and I need your help getting him out.”

He then updated his Twitter bio to read, “RETIRED TILL & IF I FEEL LIKE DROPPING A TAPE.”

$crim shed a little more light on the situation earlier this week. On Thursday (September 27), he asked for time to work on Ruby’s “personal issues,” which some assumed were related to substance abuse problems.

“I DONT ASK 4 MUCH. BUT AS A FAMILY & UNIT, PLEASE GIVE US TIME AND SPACE TO HANDLE ME & @suicideLEOPARD PERSONAL!!!! ISSUES,” he wrote in all caps. “I HAVE LOVE FOR HIM THAT WILL NEVER FADE. CALL ME WUT U WANT. MAKE FUN. BUT WE WILL FIGURE IT OUT, BETTER OR WORST WHICH I HOPE AINT THE CASE.”

The New Orleans group, comprised of Slick Sloth and Ruby da Cherry, announced a new project and tour this week. They also let loose a new single on Wednesday (Aug. 1) titled “Carrollton,” complete with an intro from Juicy J.

The track, titled after the New Orleans neighborhood of the same name, features the duo trading typically bleak images of depression and horror intertwined with helpless indulgences in wealth. The self-produced beat is all distorted bass and ominous bells.
