According to reports by TMZ that Tekashi ran into trouble with cops as he tried to entering 1 OAK in West Hollywood, where Snoop Dogg was DJing. Tekashi was reportedly there to facilitate a meeting with Snoop Dogg, the idea being his elder could help clear up his sullied reputation on the West Coast.

6ix9ine had been in the news earlier this year after partaking in a supposedly “staged” brawl at LAX.
