SZA has been steady climbing from a talented yet slept on songstress to a household name. SZA has joined forces with another sleeper hit, HBO’s series Insecure.
The show, which stars Issa Rae, Jay Ellis, and Yvonne Orji, has been breaking down representation barriers for a minute, and the creative powers behind it seem to have taken a liking to SZA’s vibe. Not only did they tap the singer’s CTRL cut “Supermodel” for the second season, but they also secured a brand new track called “Quicksand.” And while the Insecure: Season 2 soundtrack officially drops at midnight, SZA’s brand new joint has hit select international markets.
