Newly signed RCA Records act, Singer, Davido, has revealed plans of starting a scholarship program this year, in honor of his late mum, Veronica Adeleke.
The ‘Gobe’ crooner, took to social media to announce the creation of the Veronica Adeleke Education Scholarship program, which will be sponsoring 4 students this year.
He wrote:
“So many people deserve education.. Starting from this year I plan to start the Veronica Adeleke Education Scholarship program .. I plan to send people to school every year … I’m starting from 4 students this year details will be released soon on how to apply…. DO YOUR PART TO MAKE THE WORLD BETTER , EVEN IF YOU START SMALL .. AT LEAST START! OBO !”
Davido, who early this year signed a mouth watering deal with global record label, Sony Music, some days back, inked yet another juicy deal with RCA Records, a flagship recording label under Sony Music Entertainment.
