Check out the official video for 2 Chainz’ star-studded collaboration, “It’s A Vibe” featuring Trey Songz, Ty Dolla $ign & Jhené Aiko.
The Atlanta rap star kicks off the visual in a sexy lounge club where he enjoys the company of some beautiful woman and a live band. The next vibe brings forth Ty Dolla, who sings his portion in a strip club kind of setting. Meanwhile, Trigga plays an alluring passenger in a drop top convertible, kicking game to a model.
Jhené’s vibe is also quite dark, as she plays the role of this mysterious location’s boss. Counting money while getting her feet massaged, she sings about busting it wide.
“It’s a Vibe” is a single off 2 Chainz’ forthcoming album, Pretty Girls Like Trap Music. Initially set for release this month, the album has been pushed back to an undetermined date.
Fresh formerly known as Short Dawg just dropped a new track, featuring veterans 50 Cent & 2 Chainz. Fre$h tells The Fader that the song was inspired by “necessary pettiness,” and the chorus makes that apparent, presenting a series of scenarios in which pettiness is clearly the best response.
This is the second 50 Cent feature to drop today, and this time he lays down a full sixteen instead before 2 Chainz finishes things off. The production is ice cold, with a reversed synth loop and some distorted drum drops.

2 Chainz drops a new track and features an R&B All-Stars for his smooth new offering “It’s A Vibe” featuring Ty Dolla $ign, Trey Songz and Jhene Aiko.
The melodic track follows the Gucci Mane and Quavo-assisted “Good Drank,” which recently received the remix treatment from a trap choir as heard on Chainz’ performance of the track on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. “It’s a Vibe,” produced by Murda Beatz, will also live on Tity Boi’s forthcoming Pretty Girls Like Trap Music album.
Kid Ink is set to release his album in the coming months, the follow up to 2015’s Summer In The Winter project. The L.A. based rapper did release a free mixtape Rocketship Shawty 2 in September last year but it’s now time to kick start the campaign for the next studio album.
To wet the appetite of his fans, here is a new tune he titles Swish.
He features 2 Chainz on this new tune and it’s fresh.
2 Chainz’s got some new music on the way for us. During a press conference at the Atlanta Hawks game over the weekend, where he also performed at, Tity Boi revealed that he’s working on a new project called Pretty Girls Like Trap Music.
When asked about the upcoming work, the ATL veteran said… “Yea be looking out for Pretty Girls Like Trap Music. That’s what’s going on,” before he awkwardly stared the reporter down with no other comments.
So who knows when or what to expect from the follow up to Daniel Son Necklace Don, but just know it’s coming.
Watch 2 Chainz reveal the album title (below) right around the 3:55 minute mark, and stay tuned for an upcoming single.
Tity Boi gave the L.A. Leakers the green light to debut a brand new song called ‘Let’s Ride’ featuring the local boy Ty Dolla Sign. On the song, Chainz pays homage to the West Coast by shouting out several local heroes like Dr. Dre, DJ Mustard, Kendrick Lamar, Kurupt and more.
Lloyd’s comeback single, just got a little bit deeper with the official remix featuring 2 Chainz.
The ATL rap star kicks off the track with a few thought-provoking questions. “I want you to look in the mirror right now. I want you to ask yourself, ‘Are you happy with what you see? Are you happy of what you’ve become and where you’re going in life?’,” asks Chainz.
Then, he recalls less-privileged days without heat, when it was hard to get rest. “To my loved ones, still can’t sleep at night / Need an Ambien, an ambulance with lights,” he raps while Lloyd keeps his original, sincere verses about his time away from music.
Lloyd is currently prepping for the release of his Tru EP, which is due out Dec. 9. Take a listen to the title track’s remix below.
