Katy Perry shared an unposed throwback clip, on father’s day, of her husband Orlando Bloom from the night she gave birth.
In the video, Orlando is dressed in a hospital gown, hairnet and face mask. He’s holding a speaker while chanting along to the music, and says, “Ready to bring her in, baby.”
Katy then turns the camera onto herself and smiles as she lays in a hospital bed. She captioned the video: “Happy first Father’s Day to to the healer of my heart and the giver of my greatest gift … I love you WHOLE world ♥️”
The couple, who have been dating since 2016, welcomed their daughter Daisy Dove on August 26 2020.
In a post to his own Instagram account, Orlando also shared a sweet Father’s Day message. “A shout out to all the dads and father figures today ” he captioned the post, “I couldn’t help, but reflect on what fatherhood has meant for me, especially after becoming a father for the second time.”
“I’m blessed to have strong, loving mothers around me and am thankful for all they do! I will continue to work to make them and our children happy ” he added.
As well as the daughter he shares with Katy, Orlando also has a 10-year-old son, Flynn, from his marriage to model Miranda Kerr. The exes have remained close friends since their split in 2013, and recently Miranda and Katy have been swapping skincare tips and sharing their love for one another on social media.
