Miley Cyrus releases a cover of Billie Eilish’s sad-girl summer track “my future” for the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge. She also performed her own track, “Midnight Sky,” sadly sans disco wrecking ball.
Eilish shared the new song called “my future,” written alongside her brother FINNEAS. The moody, jazzy single was just begging for a velvet-lined lounge singer rendition, and that’s just what Miley Cyrus has provided.
Her version was filmed remotely for BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge, along with Cyrus’s own songs “Midnight In The Sky” and “Slide Away,” all while backed by a full band on a twinkling stage.
