Here is The Chicks – Gaslighter album (download) with Mp3 full zip [320kbps]. The new LP is the latest music effort by the country music trio. Gaslighter arrives nearly a decade and a half after the trio’s last album, 2006’s Taking the Long Way.
The album’s first single and title track, “Gaslighter,” dropped on March 4 with the initial news that the full album would be available on May 1. But as the situation around COVID-19 worsened, the Dixie Chicks became one of numerous music artists, including Lady Gaga, Sam Smith, Margo Price, Alanis Morissette, Haim, and Alicia Keys, to delay their new music releases.
The album is themed around lead singer Natalie Maines’ divorce from actor Adrian Pasdar, finalized this past year after a drawn-out legal battle. In the title track “Gaslighter,” Maines implies that her ex cheated on her: “Cause, boy, you know exactly what you did on my boat/and, boy, that’s exactly why you ain’t comin’ home.” When the tracklist was posted online, fans were quick to point to another song, “Tights on My Boat,” that may provide more details.
