Tekashi 6ix9ine wants lower sentence for Snitching

Tekashi’s lawyer reportedly sent a letter to the court asking for things to moved up in his case so he can hear his fate. 69 thinks by snitching on everyone he can think of, he will get a much shorter sentence than he would have in a normal situation.

“The parties respectfully write to request that a pre-sentence investigation report be ordered and that a sentencing date be scheduled for Mr. Hernandez,” the filing states.

The letter continues, “Counsel for Mr. Hernandez respectfully requests that sentencing be scheduled on an expedited basis. The Government does not object to this request. In order to facilitate the request for expedited sentencing.”

The ‘Gummo’ rapper is facing a minimum 47 years in federal prison, but as we reported, that amount can be drastically reduced if he helps prosecutors put away all of his Trey Nine Blood gang member cohorts.
The prosecutors in the case can ask the judge to lower the sentence based on his performance on the stand.

Sources close to the case tell us, the sentencing will most likely be in January, and Tekashi is hoping to move that date to as soon as possible.

Several months ago, Tekashi’s girlfriend, hinted at his the timing of his prison release in now-deleted Instagram post.

“6 more months motherf—er,” she wrote alongside a photo of herself, showing off her tattoo tributes to the “BILLY” rapper.
Tekashi was singing like a bird, so it seems his request may be granted.
