Power season 6 episode 7
This week’s episode (“Like Father Like Son”), centers on Ghost and Tasha butting heads on how to raise Tariq, but family drama is only one of Ghost’s problems. Jason tasks Ghost and Tommy with working together, which based on their turbulent history is… problematic to say the least.
After freeing Tariq (played by Michael Rainey Jr) from Vincent (Joe Perrino) in the sixth instalment, Tommy (Joseph Sikora) and Ghost’s (Omari Hardwick) truce appears to come to an end but the pair both seem concerned with the teen’s behaviour.
Tommy too is feeling the pressure to quit the game. LaKeisha (La La Anthony) is tired of waiting for Tommy to actually leave all of it behind so that they can start a new life. In the trailer for the upcoming ‘Like Father, Like Son’, we see her telling her man: “Tommy, I’m not trying to do this street shit forever.”
His excuses for not following through is no longer flying with LaKeisha, and it remains to be seen if she will stick around long enough to find out what Tommy ultimately chooses to do.
