Kodak Black reportedly arrested for guns and weed while going to a show in Boston.
Last night Kodak was in the news as fans who waited almost an hour and a half for the rapper began to chant “F*ck Kodak” after being eventually told that he would not be making an appearance.
Podcaster Adam22 then tweeted that he heard that Kodak Black had been arrested before it appeared to be confirmed by another Twitter account. The tweet said that Kodak and his crew were detained at the Lewiston–Queenston Bridge, an international crossroad that connects the United States and Canada, for drug and firearms possession.
This morning, TMZ confirmed the reports and state that was arrested for criminal possession of a weapon — a second degree felony — and a misdemeanor possession of marijuana charge. Kodak is being held on a $20,000 cash bond or $40,000 bond.
Kodak has had a rough few weeks as he has fallen out with half of Hip-Hop over his remarks about Lauren London following Nipsey Hussle’s death. He is currently embroiled in a rap beef with T.I. and several other high profile rappers.
