Rozes shares a new version of her song Halfway There (GRL PWR). Available for download and streaming on your favorite platforms, Rozes’ new song features Marian Hill’s Samantha Gongol, MisterWives’ Mandy Lee and SHAED’s Chelsea Lee lending their vocals for the powerful chorus. “We’re already halfway there/ Are we gonna finish what we started, or just leave it here?/ ‘Cause the fight ain’t fair, if we’re hanging onto something/ Only halfway there,” they sing.
The updated version follows the release of ROZES’ original track back in January, which was used as the anthem for this year’s Women’s March on NYC.
“We as women face many obstacles in the workforce. It is so amazing being able to team up with my Photo Finish sisters for this alternate version of ‘Halfway There,’” she says. “For them to offer their amazing talents and stand with me in this fight feels like the support all of us women need. As the saying goes, ‘Empowered Women Empower Women.’ We must continue to support and build each other up. There is room here for all of us.”
