Daya returns with a new song titled Insomnia. Available for download and streaming on your favorite platforms, it is her newest single since she released “Safe” last summer. Day announced Insomnia to music fans via her instagram page.
Daya is ready to introduce her true self to the world via a new single called “Insomnia.” Co-written with J Kash and Michael Pollack, the Oscar Görres-produced bop. Daya released her self-titled debut EP. A little over a year later on October 7th 2016, she released her debut studio album ‘Sit Still, Look Pretty.’ In addition to the album and the EP, she has also linked up with fellow superstars like The Chainsmokers, Gryffin & Illenium, RL Grime, and more.
On her upcoming LP, Daya had this to say: I would say it’s definitely more experimental than my first album,” the hitmaker revealed. “I wrote every single song on this new album alongside some great songwriters and producers. It’s definitely more in line with what I want to sound like sonically.”
