Holly Palmer – A Family Album
Holly Palmer releases a 14 tracks new album which is titled “A Family Album”. Holly Palmer delivers her latest album and its her new year gift to music fans. She has recorded, toured and collaborated with such illustrious artists as David Bowie, Dr. Dre, and Michael Bublé. She was born in Santa Monica, grew up outside of Seattle, went to Berklee School of Music in Boston and later moved to New York City where she put a band together and signed with Reprise Records.
Invited by David Bowie to sing on his album Hours, Holly was featured on the opening track “Thursday’s Child,” proclaimed by Q Magazine as one of the top moments of that year. She spent the next year touring the world with Bowie, as well as appearing on two other Bowie albums.
After Bowie, Holly toured with Cee-lo, Seal, Idina Menzel, and has worked on several film scores and commercials.
Holly will be appearing as an actor in a groundbreaking film “The Homecoming” (2019) a high school musical with able and disabled cast and crew, with executive producer Benjamin Bratt – who also makes a cameo.
Holly’s new project “A Family Album” will be released in the fall of 2018 which features the title track “Family” and can be heard as the end title song in the upcoming film “Ideal Home” being released nationwide on June 29th.
