Key! gets his point across rather succinctly; he’s not impressed with your weak pars, gentlemen. On the chorus for “Zach Morris,” Key! gives himself a flattering comparison to the geek squad fronted by Screech. If you were yo young to enjoy the banality of Saved by the Bell, rest assured Zach Morris was the retrofitted jock with the crispy Reebok Pumps, and Screech the stuttering fool. Zach was seldom without a girlfriend, usually Kelly Kapowski. Spoiler: he put a ring on it.
24-year old Key! has carved himself quite the niche as both a producer and rapper since his project FKEYi with supporting artists such as iLoveMakonnen, Omari Shakir, FKi 1st, and ManMan Savage, first put on him on the map. This year, his work with Kenny Beats put him under a new light, out of a persistence to supersede the SoundCloud soundscape he helped usher in.
