Carly Rae Jepson drops new song titled You Were My Party. Jepsen recently posted a photo late on Instagram of the duo laughing in the studio, captioning it, “@jackantonoff and I having absolutely no fun in the studio tonight.”

Antonoff has helped write and produce songs for Jepsen in past; most notably, he worked on the “Call Me Maybe” singer’s 2015 album EMOTION, although his songs didn’t make the tracklist.

“You Were My Party” was co-written by the same team. Mysteriously, we’ve also discovered that “Real Love” (a song co-written with Carly’s boyfriend, James Flannigan) had been unlisted at the same time that these 3 songs were registered. The Tide is High” and “For Sure”. The songs are co-written with Patrik Berger and Jonnali Mikaela Parmenius; both known for their work with Charli XCX and Noonie Bao. Berger most recently worked with Carly on “Trouble in Streets” for his group BC Unidos.
