Vic Mensa & G-Eazy link up for new song titled “Reverse.”
Vic Mensa tapped rapper G-Eazy for his new track titled Reverse. The song first appeared when the rapper performed it at the Governor’s ball. The Chicago rapper was at House of Vans had their first summer party on the last day of May.
The hip-hop superstar has been a Chicago staple for years but is now finally getting the attention he deserves on a national level. Having recently toured and opened for Jay-Z, Mensa will be headlining a number of summer festivals in the U.S. (and will almost certainly make some guest appearances in the Windy City). Before hitting these big stages, however, Mensa played the House of Vans with Chicago’s Kami and recently reunited hip-hop group The Pack.
In other news, Vic Mensa has signed a new deal with United Talent Agency. His new deal will still allow Scooter Braun to represent the rapper as well as William Morris Endeavor who represents Vic internationally.
Along with the breaking news, Vic has also announced new tour dates for the summer. Vic Mensa revealed that he will be hitting the road for a few scattered performances in June and July. The Chi-Town rapper has two dates scheduled in New York City, one of them being for the Governor’s Ball on June 3, and the other one night before at Bowery Ballroom.
