Poo Bear – Will I See You Ft Anitta

A music breakout star of 2017 thanks to killer features on Iggy Azalea’s (underrated) “Switch” and Major Lazer’s “Sua Cara” is Brazillian singer Anitra. The 24-year-old, who is at the forefront of the Latin craze sweeping the world, now teams up with Poo Bear for a breezy bop called “Will I See You.” It’s a different sound for the club queen. “I’ve been planting seeds in our ground, watching us grow for a while,” she croons over strummed guitar.

 

Anitta released her seductive first English-language single “Will I See You” to mark her collaborator Poo Bear‘s birthday today (Sept. 4). “Poo Bear is very talented and we had a lot of fun making this song. This was a new challenge for me, but I enjoyed it and I’m happy with what we made.”The 24-year-old star is currently working on her debut English-language album which will feature artists including J Balvin and Alesso, as well as additional collaborations with Poo Bear.

The song’s music video was filmed in São Paulo, Brazil as part of her Checkmate campaign to release monthly singles in either English, Spanish or Portuguese.
