Talented Nigerian singer Ayo Jay s 2016 trendy love song recently was featured on New York Times’ Best Songs of 2016.

Your number‘ was pecked at number six spot on a list that sees ‘Panda’ rapper Desiigner’s ‘Timmy Turner’ freestyle at number one.
The song – a major crossover anthem is more popular with the ladies given its storyline. The song went on to have a remix featuring ‘Trap queen’ rapper Fetty Wap and a second one with Chris Brown and Kid Ink.
Jay has been able to win many fans in the US having performed at various gigs including the Blitz Radio One annual showcase in New York where he performed alongside acts like Desiigner and Lloyd.
He also showcased himself at the One Africa Music Fest and New York Powerhouse both held at the Barclay’s Center in New York, where he shared stage with American R&B singers Usher and Bryson Tiller at the latter event.
Asides the EP, Ayo Jay is expected to also drop his debut album in 2017.
