Apparently Drake allegedly linked up with Jamaican music sensation, Popcaan to sample a remix to Wizkid’s most recent summertime/tropical banger dubbed “Come Closer”.
This version is titled “My Chargie”.
Though the track has been rumored to fake, reports by Notjustok suggests that the track is legit.
According to them “Popcaan played it on his Instagram a few days ago. Krept & Konan also sampled it on their Instagram Stories while Drake was in the UK. So, this is as legit as it gets”.
This comes shortly after Nigerians dragged Drake for not appearing in the official music video of the Sarz produced smash single.

Wizkid teased a new collaboration with Drake earlier on and since The duo worked together on VIEWS single “One Dance” plus Wizkid’s “Ojuelegba” Remix with Skepta, it’s only right we get a definite tune from both.
A song the pair recorded with the title “Hush Up the Silence” debuted on episode 37 of OVO Sound Radio in February.
In an Instagram post this morning, March 28, Wizkid shared what looks like a still from a music video with “Come Closer Ft. Drake” “We are thrilled to welcome WizKid to the RCA Records family,” RCA Records Chairman and CEO Pete Edge said. “He has become a superstar in the African music scene and will be a game-changer in bringing African music to the world. We are extremely excited to have him as a part of RCA and are eager for the journey ahead.” The caption on the post reads: “31-3,” suggesting a March 31 release date.
