Is it desperation or just an act of being in tyhe hustle mode no matter what. Here is a video of a Nigerian bus Conductor holding down the bonnet of the bus as they speed off to drop their passengers. To see this dangerous act is a tell tale sign of negligence on the part of many.
Why would passengers remain seated in such a vehicle?
The hazards created by his action alone is enough to cause authorities to do a psychiatric check on everyone on board.
