South Korean electronics major Samsung will launch the Samsung Galaxy M30s today in India. The Galaxy M30s is a slightly tweaked variant of the Galaxy M30 that was launched earlier this year with Samsung’s in-house mid-range processor, the Exynos 7904 paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
Samsung has confirmed a few details about the Galaxy M30s that include the presence of a huge 6,000mAh battery and 48MP triple camera setup.Apart from that, the listing on the Android Enterprise directory hints at a Super AMOLED display spanning 6.4-inches with an FHD+ resolution.
The smartphone has been rumoured to be powered by Samsung’s new chipset, the Exynos 9610. We expect it to don the same design and aesthetics as the M30. The M30s might also come in two storage and memory of 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB storage.
So far, the Galaxy M30s seems to have some major upgrades over the M30 in terms of raw performance, battery life and camera. The live stream of the Galaxy M30s will go live at 12 noon today on the company’s Facebook and YouTube pages.Samsung sold over 75 million smartphones globally in the second quarter (Q2) 2019 and grew its share by 1.1 percentage points (year over year) after witnessing a decline in six consecutive quarters, according to a Gartner report.
