Future come through with a new song titled Xanax Damage. His latest single is taken off his new album Save Me which was annoced just days before its release. Future comes with fresh perspective in a snippet of his upcoming music video for “Xanax Damage,” a new song that seems to put the negative effects of his former fascination with pills on display. He posted the short clip to his Instagram, displaying the song’s intro and some of its melancholy lyrics.
He previously teased a visual for another song called “Government Official.” He and Drake are also reportedly cooking up What a Time to Be Alive 2, a sequel to their 2015 collaborative album.
“When he told me that, I was like ‘Oh shit. What the fuck have I done?’” Future told Rolling Stone earlier this year. “It really bothered me. It bothered me a lot. More than that I thought it would bother me when he told me that. I didn’t think I’d care about that stuff. Four years ago, I probably wouldn’t have cared if he told me: ‘Oh, that was good you was drinking.’ Now it’s like, ‘Oh shit.’ How many other sixth-graders did I influence to drink lean?”
