Era Istrefi drops new song Nuk E Di featuring Nora Istrefi. Available for download and streaming, Nuk E Di is the latest single from singer Era Istrefi and her sibling Nora. The sisters have also shared the music video to the song which is available for viewing below.
Era Istrefi is a Kosovar singer and songwriter. She gained international recognition following the release of her single “BonBon” in 2016, which drew comparisons to the works of Barbadian artist Rihanna and Australian singer Sia.
In 2015 Era gained success with her song “Njo si ti” with over a million views on YouTube in a week. Her first duo featuring well-known Kosovo rapper Ledri Vula, “Shum pis”, became a summer hit.
In January 2016, Istrefi began achieving international attention due to the release of her single “BonBon”, reaching 30 million views on YouTube and drew comparisons to the work of Sia and Rihanna. Following the single’s success, she was signed to American record labels Sony Music Entertainment and Ultra Music in February 2016.
Nora started her professional career at the age of 18. She released her first album Engjëll (Angel) in 2005, with songs including “Taxi”, which brought her a degree of popularity.
During the four coming years she released three albums, Opium in 2006, Another World in 2008 and her self-titled album Nora in 2009. After 2009, she released a number of songs, including “Le Mama” with Gena, “Big Love”, “Ski me ikë” (You’re not leaving).
