With the news of his new label start up and forthcoming Song release with Wizkid, everything may have seemed to be well with Yeba crooner, Kiss Daniel.
Kiss Daniel’s fomer label, G-Worldwide is taking him to court for intellectual property theft. This was made public via a statement that was released on behalf of G-Worldwide by its counsel.
The statement reveals that the singer has signed a 7 year recording and artist management contract with the label in 2013 but has obviously bridged his contract by appointing a new manager while making bookings and entering performance agreements without the label’s permission.
