Adele Reportedly Prepping New Album for November

There are some big comebacks expected for this fall, probably the largest being Janet Jackson, but now it appears that fans should get ready for the return of Adele!

The British megastar – who’s 2011 blockbuster album 21 ruled the charts with over 11 million copies sold in the U.S. and more than 30 million worldwide – has been very quietly working on her much-anticipated third album.  There has been little gossip or news surrounding it, that is until now, as a report has been released by a trusted industry source that the songstress will be returning at the end of 2015.

According to HITS Daily Double, the long-awaited album is set for a Nov. 20 release, with the first single to drop in the first or second week of November.

While details remain scarce, she has reportedly been working with Danger Mouse, Max Martin, Tobias Jesso Jr., and OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder, who co-wrote “Rumour Has It” on 21.

The forthcoming album will be her last on Sony/XL. However, she has reportedly already signed a new worldwide deal with Sony, said to be valued at more than $50 million.

In addition, Adele will take over NBC with appearances on “Today,” “SNL,” a prime-time special, and one more appearance to be announced. The exclusive deal will still allow her to perform at the 2016 Grammys. The last time she was there in 2012, she won six awards in one night.
