Prince William has reacted to his grandparents, Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip for taking the COVID-19 vaccine.
Taking part in Britain’s COVID-19 vaccination roll-out to combat the coronavirus pandemic, the 38-year-old Duke of Cambridge commended his grandparents for taking part and being an example for others.
“My grandparents have had the vaccine and I’m very proud of them for doing that,” William shared in a video. “It’s really important that everyone gets their vaccine.”
Elizabeth, 94, and Philip, 99, are both considered part of the high risk category because of their advanced ages and were given the vaccine just a couple of weeks ago.

The vaccination roll out is also giving hope to the Royal Family about upcoming public events to take place, like the Trooping The Color. Many events were cancelled or scaled down in 2020.
Prince William recently revealed why he talks to his children every day about the pandemic.
