Frank Ocean surprised fans On Friday night when he came out of nowhere and shared a preview of an upcoming song with Jay Z & Tyler The Creator on his website titled “Biking,” which was reported to debut on the next episode of Frank’s Blonded Radio on Apple Music. But little did we know at the time that Frank had plans to air Blonded in the early hours of Saturday morning .
