Birdman and Lil Wayne Wayne have a long way to patch up anything left of their relationship. Birdman claims Lil Wayne’s Carter 5 album is dropping this year. Well, on Rick Ross’ latest album, Rozay had some words for Birdman about Lil Wayne’s situation. Rozay goes at Baby’s lack of paying artists and producers, sticking up for Lil Wayne and all those were wrongfully exploited by the Cash Money mogul.
In an interview with Billboard, Birdman responds to Ross’ record and dismisses anything said on the track.
“I don’t get caught up in hoe shit, man. I just keep doing what I’m doing and keep pushing. I don’t get caught up in that, I don’t play like that. I’m a man and I stand my ground and I do my thing. Numbers don’t lie, and that’s all I give a fuck about: numbers, and puttin’ them up.”
So with that said we will stay waiting on the release of Carter 5 and the beef will continue on with Wayne & Baby.
