So Apparently, Draya’s Fine Ass Has A Sex Tape Featuring Her Ex & He’s Suing To Get It Back (DETAILS)

Draya Michele seems to star in the sex tape spotlight, as her ex-boyfriend is reportedly ready to sue her in order to get their alleged video back. According to TMZ, the Basketball Wives reality starlet is being accused by David Miranda, her former boo, of letting the tape that allegedly features both of them together, get into the wrong hands.

Miranda filed suit in NY small claims court … for loss of “private documents.”  David tells us the private “doc” in question is actually a sex tape.David says he and Draya were banging from Jan. 2011 to Sept. 2013 … and have videos meant for their eyes only — and now he’s upset someone is pimping it. Miranda blames Draya’s for the alleged footage ending up in the wrong hands.

Unphased by the news, Draya’s been posting some gorgeous new photos to her Instagram page, showing off her glam, and that killer body.
