LIVERPOOL are without their star playmaker Philippe Coutinho but Jurgen Klopp pulled off one surprise selection to face Watford from 12:30pm
Alberto Moreno started ahead of James Milner at left back to travel away to start the new season.

Last time these two sides met at Vicarage Road, Emre Can pulled out a goal of the season contender, although the Hornets have pulled off some big results against Liverpool in recent years.

Watford started off brightly with a goal from Okaka attacking a crossed corner before Mane equalized. Watford had some sleek passes that pushed them up the field and a deflection off Matip put the ball in tap-in territory for Doucoure who put Watford back in the lead.

Goalkeeper Gomes tripped New Signing Salah in the penalty box that gave the Reds another opportunity to level the match and they got the leveler from Firmino. 2 mins later, Salah latched on a chip from Firmino to make it 3-2 to the good for Liverpool.

A defensive error, a hit against the bar and a Mignolet gave Watford an equalizer as Britos banged in the ball into the net at close range.

Video : Swansea City beat Manchester United 2 – 1 (30-08-2015)

Swansea City’s third successive victory over Manchester United takes them above Louis van Gaal’s side, who have lost for the first time this season.
Swansea were much better to watch than United with Andre Ayew and Bafetimbi Gomis starring in attack.

Swansea are fourth with eight points, United are fifth with seven points. That means the top four are Manchester City, Crystal Palace, Leicester City and Swansea.

Kelechi Iheanacho made his long-awaited English Premier League debut for Manchester City on Saturday, playing less than three minutes in their 2-0 win against Watford at the Etihad.

The Nigerian’s first appearance in the English topflight had been kept on ice by manager Manuel Pellegrini despite his brilliant showing during the pre-season.

Iheanacho came off the bench in the 89th minute for one of the Citizens’ goal scorer, Raheem Sterling as they secured their fourth consecutive win in the Premier League against Quique Sanchez Flores’ men.

And he looked sharp during his brief outing in a game that saw his team remain atop the English topflight log.

Sterling’s close-range strike just after half-time broke a resolute Watford defence that was opened up a second time when Fernandinho netted his second goal of a season in which City look hot favourites for the title after a flawless start to the campaign that leaves them top.

Watford should have pulled one back when a Troy Deeney stepover brilliantly played in Anya, but Sagna made a last-ditch block to keep Joe Hart’s clean sheet safe.

The former Nigeria U17 star would be gunning for his second appearance when the Citizens face Crystal Palace on September 12 at the Selhurst Park.
