Here is Taylor Swift – Midnights + 3AM Edition album album (download). The new LP is the latest music effort by the music act listing a total of 19 songs in total.
The body of work follows Swift’s albums Folklore and Evermore, which were released in July 2020 and December 2020
The 13 tracks on the album tell “the stories of 13 sleepless nights scattered throughout my life,” according to Swift.
“We lie awake in love and fear, in turmoil and in tears,” she later wrote about the record in two paragraphs displayed across a promotional photo posted to social media. “We stare at walls and drink until they speak back. We twist in our self-made cages and pray that we aren’t – right this minute – about to make some fateful life-altering mistake.”
“This is a collection of music written in the middle of the night, a journey through terrors and sweet dreams,” she continued. “The floors we pace and the demons we face. For all of us who have tossed and turned and decided to keep the lanterns lit and go searching – hoping that just maybe, when the clock strikes twelve… we’ll meet ourselves.”

Taylor Swift also dropped seven more songs written during the album’s conception. Check out the “3am Edition” of Midnights below, with the added songs starting at track 14, “The Great War.” Among the additional batch are three songs prominently featuring the National’s Aaron Dessner, who did not contribute to Midnights after being a big part of Folklore and Evermore. Jack Antonoff, who Swift kept on board for Midnights, worked closely on the other four extra songs.
Surprise! I think of Midnights as a complete concept album, with those 13 songs forming a full picture of the intensities of that mystifying, mad hour. However! There were other songs we wrote on our journey to find that magic 13. I’m calling them 3am tracks. Lately I’ve been loving the feeling of sharing more of our creative process with you, like we do with From The Vault tracks. So it’s 3am and I’m giving them to you now.
