Europa League Predictions: Betis V Ferencvaros, Crvena Zvezda V Ludogorets and more. We are looking forward to tonight’s games as we look at the possibke outcomes from games happening across the world.
It was a galore of goals yesterday at the Uefa Champions league and predicted winners like Manchester City, Ajax, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Inter Milan meeting up to our Predictions of wins. The score lines were close to our predictions as well. That’s confident right…
Today its the Europa and we will be looking at certain matches in this group stage round tbat can be easily interpretes into potential wins.
Betis V Ferencvaros (Europa League Predictions)
Betis are in second place with 7 points from 4 matches so far in this season’s tournament and we see them clear favorites against Ferencvaros. In the reverse fixture, the Spanish side defeated the Hungarian side with a 2 goal margin. That being said, it is highly unlikely that there could be an upset here since a win pushes Betis’ chances of top spot in the group.
Another thing to consider is that Betis will be playing against a weak Levante side at the weekend for a chance to climb into the champions league spots in the La Liga table. With 3 points separating them from Bayern Leverkuesen, we believe that there will be impetus on Betis to win tonight’s match up. Betis have not had the best of forms losing their last three matches but this will not kill their spirits for this match. Ferencvaros on the other hand are in fine form, losing just one in their last five.
Tonight’s match will have goals but Betis can come out victorious.
Our Prediction is Betis 2 – 0 Ferencvaros
Crvena Zvezda V Ludogorets (Europa League Predictions)
Crvena Zvezda are in second place with 7 points behind Braga in Group F. Their opponents tonight, Ludogorets have just 1 point in 4 matches so far. Their last meeting ended in a 1-nil loss for the Bulgarian side. Crvena need to mount pressure on group leaders Braga if they want to secure the top spot and so we see this game as a deciding factor in that pursuit.
This season has seen a low goals return for Crvena Zvezda side scoring just 4 goals and 3 goals against them. The Serbian side’s match tonight may well be a low scoring affair and so we see them probably winning this by a lone goal as well. Ludogorets have lost 2 of their last away games by 2 goals. Surprisingly the only away match for Crvena Zvezda was a 1 nil loss. So we speculate that they may well just win this game by the same margin.
Our Prediction for Crvena Zvezda 1 V 0 Ludogorets
Eintaracht Frankfurt V Antwerp (Europa League Predictions)
Belgium side Antwerp travel to Germany for a clash with group D leaders Eintaracht Frankfurt having conceded 8 goals and scoring 3 in 4 matches so far. Losing the reverse fixture by a lone goal, we do not see Antwerp giving too much hassle to the German side who clearly are favorites to top the group. A major boost to this is that they have won their last 3 matches. That is a uptick in form and even though losing here may not hamper their chancing of topping the group, we do not see them dropping the winning streak.
Player to watch out for is Filip Kostić. 8 goals in 14 appearances so far this season in all competitions is a huge boost. Antwerp have lost 3 of their last 5 games and we do not see how they can overcome that poor form tonight. We therefore expect a win from Bayern Leverkuesen.
Our predictions for Eintaracht Frankfurt 2 V 1 Antwerp
PSV V Sturm Graz (Europa League Predictions)
If Dutch side, PSV want to qualify to the knockout stages of this year’s Europa League, then their campaign truly starts tonight. A win here puts them in a good spot to survive through. PSV would also have to curb their ability to concede goals and even though the reverse fixture against Sturm Graz had a lot of goals, they need to keep it tight at the back.
Considering forms for both sides, Sturm Graz have a poor showing, losing 3 of tbeir last 5 and drawing the reminder without over 2 or more goals scored. Another consideration to be put to bear is the piled up injury list for PSV, they can win tonight’s match but they also have to put in the work.
A draw to Real Sociedad fro Sturm Graz was an unlikely result and Austrian side may just look at this match as an opportunity to do another football upset. We expect another goal fest here and the end of the line for Sturm Graz here in Eindhoven.
Our predictions for PSV 3 V 1 Sturm Graz
Rapid Vienna V West Ham Predictions
English delight West Ham have to be considered the most improved side all across Europe’s top flight. Group H winners have been steam rolling across all competitions thus far and tonight they travel to Vienna to secure tbeir top spot.
Beating the Austrian side by 2 goals at home, West Ham will be looking to either win or at best come out with a point but we know that this is not their style. Losing just a match in their last 5 which happened to be the loss to Wolverhampton Wanderers over the weekend will suggest that David Moyes’ side will be looking to right the ship. Something to consider would be looking to their next English premiership fixture against Manchester City. Would there be a squad rotation to keep players fresh for that encounter?
Rapid Vienna have not lost at their previous 2 home games. Their chances of progress to the Knockout stages can be greatly improved if they do win tonight. This match will be one to watch. Considering West Ham United only started playing away games with a lot of goals recently and the need for Rapid Vienna to fight for a chance to win, we believe this game could have goals from both sides.
Our predictions for Rapid Vienna 1 V 2 West Ham.
So these are our views on these games. Enjoy!!!
