The colour pink brings Real Madrid bad luck when they play.
Real Madrid have not been lucky when they have played in pink. Real Madrid still do not know what it is like to win with that kit.
A rotten run which has seen them to lose to Man City, Cadiz and Valencia in it.
Real Madrid’s main kit is white, but their second strip is black and their third kit is pink. Playing in pink has not been good for Zidane’s men.
That is what stats show. Real Madrid do not know what it is like to win in that colour. At the moment, the record is a very poor one: three matches and three defeats.
The first of those matches was at the Etihad Stadium against Man City. That painful defeat is well known because of Varane’s errors versus the Sky Blues.
After that match, the second one was a home loss to Cadiz. Madrid had made the Di Stefano stadium a fortress, but they were beaten 0-1 by the Andalusians. That day they played in pink because of World Breast Cancer day.
The third loss came last Sunday at the Mestalla. Zidane’s men wore that colour again and they once again lost. It was a crushing 4-1 defeat.
