Kim Kardashian Tearfully Recalls Terrifying 2016 Paris Robbery In New David Letterman Interview—“I Knew I Was Gonna Get Raped”

After teasing bits and pieces of the interview for weeks, Kim Kardashian’s highly-anticipated interview with David Letterman for his Netflix series has finally arrived.

In one of the most emotional parts of the interview, Kim tears up when she recounts her 2016 Paris robbery.

In the season two premiere of his popular Netflix series “My Next Guest Needs No Introduction,” David Letterman sat down with Kim Kardashian and the two talked about several aspects of her life—including one of the most frightening.

When David Letterman brought up the night she was robbed in Paris back in 2016, Kim couldn’t hold back the tears as she relieved the horrific moment.

She explained how she anticipated being raped that night, saying:

“I was like, ‘OK, this is the time I’m gonna get raped. Like deal, this is gonna happen, just prepare yourself.’ So, I did and then — I don’t know why I’m crying, I’ve talked about this before — and then he tied me up with handcuffs and zip-ties and then duct tape and duct-taped my mouth and my eyes.”

Kim continued, adding that she was mostly worried about sister Kourtney Kardashian walking in on the robbery and possibly finding her dead:

“I kept on thinking about Kourtney, I kept on thinking, like, she’s gonna come home and I’m gonna be dead in the room and she’s gonna be traumatized for the rest of her life.”
