Statik confirmed that he’d be uniting Joey Bada$$, Nas, and Gary Clark Jr on his brand new single “Keep It Moving,” which is all set to arrive on October 16th.
“Friday! First single off #thebalancingact = @nas x @joeybadass x @garyclarkjr #keepitmoving on all platforms,” he confirms, alluding to his upcoming project The Balancing Act.
Joey Bada$$ is still yet to follow through with All-Amerikkkan Bada$$ but he recently dropped The Light Pack EP, a three-song appetizer featuring a guest appearance from Pusha T.
Iconic Rapper Nas joined the growing list of international celebrities who are in support of the #EndSARS protests which was birthed to speak against police brutality in Nigeria.
The rapper took to his Instagram page to declare his support, by sharing a photo from an #EndSARS protest in Nigeria with the caption “#SarsMustEnd #EndPoliceBrutality 🇳🇬 Nigeria we’re with you!”
Gary Lee Clark Jr. is an American musician from Austin, Texas. He is best known for his fusion of blues, rock and soul music with elements of hip hop.
In 2011 Clark signed with Warner Bros Records and released The Bright Lights EP. It was followed by the albums Blak and Blu and The Story of Sonny Boy Slim.
