Antonio Adán Has Signed For Sporting.
After confirming his exit from Atlético Madrid, Sporting CP announced the signing of Antonio Adán. The keeper has signed for the club for two seasons, with the option of one more.
Antonio Adán ended his spell as Atlético Madrid’s second-choice goalkeeper. The keeper played for the club seven times since his arrival at the Wanda Metropolitano in the 2018 summer market.
The ex-Real Madrid goalkeeper bid farewell to the Atlético fans on Thursday with a message through his social media. The club also did the same.
Adán will play for Sporting. The Portuguese side announced the agreement reached with the keeper, who has signed for the side led by Rúben Amorim for two seasons, with an option of one more.
“I’m very happy. After finishing the Champions League with Atlético de Madrid I wanted to join this great club, with so much history in Portugal. I am very happy to belong to this club”, the goalkeeper stated in words collected by the club.
