Kehlani drops Can I (Video). Directed by herself, Hyphy Williams and Sebastian Sdaigu, the clip uplifts the movement of sex workers where Baelani tips and views a seletion of Black queer and Trans individuals on the livestream.
Kehlani said that the song’s featured artist Tory Lanez would not appear in the music video or on the upcoming deluxe edition of her album It Was Good Until It Wasn’t. “Full transparency cuz i believe in that with my following,” she wrote without specifically naming Lanez, “his verse is still on the song, the video is solo. new verse on the deluxe.”
