CRAY lands on our pages with this new single titled “Butterflies.” Available for download and streaming, the singer explained the source of inspiration for her latest single.

“Writing ‘Butterflies’ was probably the most fun I’ve had in the studio in a long time. I feel like I’ve finally found my sound so it came pretty naturally for this record. I was inspired by those moments when you meet someone you really like or having a feeling of a crush on someone. But of course it’s not a CRAY song without a little weirdness. You ever think someone is so cute you wanna bite their heads off?”

CRAY (Cheney Ray) started her career performing as an opener on Anna Lunoe’s HyperHouse Tour. Since then, her incredibly energetic DJ sets have earned her a spot on festivals such as Lollapalooza, Voodoo and HARD Summer. In 2018, CRAY kicked off the year touring through Japan alongside Skrillex, followed by an Australian headline tour in 2019.
