Fans noticed that a new track called “Whip It” has entered the SESAC website, a copyright agency, a link up between Rihanna and Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion. From the collaboration pairing, we can already guess theme. Sexy, naughty and sassy as Rihanna tends to go wild on some of her songs. You wont deny the fact that Megan has also built a name for herself wwith her brand. Dropping twerks at shows to her lyrics and making songs girls just wanna dance to all night in the club.
A few days ago, a Rihanna song with dance hall artists was also recorded. Which may indicate that the release of your long awaited new album is getting closer and closer. Rihanna has not yet announced a release date for the successor to “ANTI” and has hardly been releasing information about the project
In a recent interview, the singer talked about balancing so many projects she has on hand. “That’s why an album is not done the same as before. I used to stay in a studio, just in the studio, for three whole months, and an album would be ready. Now, it’s like a carousel. I make fashion one day, lingerie the next, beauty products the next, then music the next. It’s like having a lot of kids and you have to take care of them all, ” she said.
Many have flooded her social media with requests for albums; she subsequently mocked these requests on Twitter and Instagram. Rihanna said new music is coming in 2019, and she compared the video to her fans and their feelings about being empty-handed more than halfway through the year.
